It all started with our baking process in 2018 after having had a mere desire to make a special birthday cake to my daughter. The same initial cake fired a burning flame and within no time family and relatives started calling in asking to have cakes in their celebrations. What began as a self-made cake very gradually turned out to be a little enterprise based on love, quality, and devotion.
Our Sweet Journey
Having been genuinely grateful to our loved ones, we came to a natural outcome of creating our passion a second step higher and, having assigned a name to our dream, named it Ayras Cakery officially. Since that point of time, our goal was obvious; to make the best cakes with fresh and quality ingredients available to us, and to make each one of our products to have a personal touch.
The crossroad of our brand was the period of the COVID-19 lockdown, when people favored safe and homemade delicious and hygienic desserts. Ayras Cakery experienced massive support at a time when activities like celebration became personal and comfort food was much sought after. Our cakes were freshly baked, and this time spread happiness even to the families that were going through the hardest moments and this time helped our brand to expand so much.
BIG leap in 2024 - starting Dream Cakes.
In 2024, we broadened our horizons and opened our most favorable offerings to the general market– Dream Cakes with our so-called Tin Cakes and Torte Cakes. The special cakes soon achieved customer preference due to their scrumptious taste, pleasant presentation and stability in quality.
Success of our Dream Cake was a milestone in our business, as we were able to prove that a small home bakery can be developed into a known name through passion, hard work, and regulars.
